Help Managing Chronic Pain

If there is one thing that unites all people with a chronic illness it has to be our ability to receive unsolicited ‘helpful advice’.  Having experienced chronic pain since the age of 10, I like to think of myself as a particular expert in this field.  Unfortunately, this expertise has made me a little cynical.  Okay, maybe more than *a little* cynical.  As a result, I sometimes miss advice that could actually benefit me because I have already switched off.

Now, I certainly don’t profess to have all the answers but, over time, I have amassed a generous collection of tools that help me manage my fibromyalgia.  I thought it might be useful to create a list of what I do to help manage the crazy variety of symptoms that come along with fibromyalgia.
